PLAY A READING GAME: CAT COVER UP (Alphabetical Order)
Play CAT COVER UP. Place alphabet magnets or letter tiles (a-f) on a table in alphabetical order. Have your child close his or her eyes while you cover a letter with the cat cone. Have your child open their eyes. Ask, “Which letter is missing?” Play again, covering a different letter. Or let your child cover a letter and you be the guesser. You can add more letters to make the game more difficult. This game will help your child with alphabetical order.
